Soys are the same concept, but use 28% instead of 30%. Land lords on this program have been happy so far. Will know more in a couple of years, if prices stay low.
You must have some understanding land owners. 50 aph x .28= 14 bu. X say 9$= 126$ acre rent. Would go over like a turd in the punch bowl here.
