Red River Valley		you were calling for oil to rally from $65 a barrel all the way down to now.

and YES we are closer to a rally now then we were when it was $60.00

but if you think it will take 2 years to start the drillers your going to be surprised AGAIN

The next great oil rally will maybe come along in say 30 years

and that is if technology does not make oil obsolete
