I agree.
I was thinking that same thing in late 2009/early 2010 also, as there was a local farmer that stopped farming that winter due to financial difficulties. Funny thing is the five years prior to that time weren't nearly as good as the five years prior to today. The last five years overall have been pretty incredible.

I remember in 2009 thinking that the good times were over. Hanging on that thought and not expanding would have cost me a lot of money going forward. It'll be interesting to see if optimism or pessimism pays better for the next five years. I'm going to try to maintain a healthy mix of both. So far so good thinking that way.
