| Almost all of our rents ground is crop share. We have several different agreements not a one size fits all strategy. We have some that are 1/3 rent and LL pays 1/3 of all insecticide, fungicide, tech fees, fertilize and pgr's. We have some that are 25% rent and pay so expenses at all.
We market the crop and deliver to elevator. I send the splits to the elevator and elevator cuts a check to LL. The ones that share in the expenses we carry all the inputs until September and I send an itemized statement on each farm and they reimburse us or pay retailer and he applies credit to our account. | |
