also check the edge of the weep holes for hairline cracks. Had a 4020 that never leaked out of any of the weep holes but a cracked developed going up from one that started leaking antifreeze when the blocked warmed up. The crack was probably their when I bought it and showed up a month after having it home and grinding feed with it.
