I've got to ask this question - Why is a $44 billion Chem China offer more acceptable than a $46 billion Monsanto offer? Doesn't $2 billion pay for a lot of "Rivalry Costs"! This would be Chem China's first entry as a direct producer of crop protection chemicals into the US market. Does anyone know what generics are sourced from Chem China?
