I cant seem to get my barnyard to drain. I have dug in a lot of tile since I bought it, but don't help, I cant get the water to the tile. At some time, there was fill brought in that is some awful hard stuff. I have been putting gypsum on it hoping to improve the structure and get it to drain a little better. Shy of taking the top foot off and replaacing it, is there any thing else I could try, or am I stuck?

I'd much rather have it sloped so it drains and packed and impervious to moisture.
