Thought I would stop by and see if you had room for one more.  I have been eating that one extra bite every day of my life and it has added up to to enough extra weight that I need to get it off. This morning I tipped the scales at 240 which ain't bad if you are tall enough, just happens that I ain't tall enough. Would love to get rid of some of this before the holiday season gets here.  Vons post the other day kind of pushed me over the edge.  So here it starts.  Hopefully with a good outcome.
