Same farm as t-boss SC IA | I had another .2 gain. I've really struggled this past week with issues of what I've been eating for breakfast & then some back/shoulder pain. I am hoping I can figure out what to eat without any issues & I'm going to PT tomorrow to see if we can figure out what is causing my pain. In the meantime...I'm going to try to get back down below my original goal! It is not easy to lose & maintain for me anyway. |
