Holy Cow Brian, so from 5 AM to tonight, you lost 4.4 pounds? Usually you gain a little weight with eating and drinking during the day, so did you have a big gastrointestinal blowout? Hope you stayed hydrated. Good going with losing the 2.4 pounds. it brings your total to 68.8 pounds lost. Great job
