Colorado | The scales said 158.5 again this morning, still can't complain, though. Refrigerator is stocked with spinach and lettuce, there's a pork roast that spent 6 hours in the crockpot yesterday and picked all possible fat off of today, and I'm planning to make my favorite apple cider salad dressing -- I can eat that combination for days! Have to have meat in my salads to call it a meal, and I love this one. Hopefully, that will keep me satisfied and on track. Enjoying the autumn sun today, will take a nice, long walk.
