NS Canada | For those of you who have a fall herd, as well as a spring herd - I've read mention plenty of times of 'oh she missed the mark on the spring herd, she'll be moved to the fall herd.
How does this work out? Does she get on track, and stay there? Or does she eventually slip and return to the spring herd? Seems counter productive to give that pass more than once, unless it was surely not her fault to begin with.
Grinds my gears for cows not to breed back on time, and have to get rid of them.. But I just can't have calves being born when their mates are already 4 or 500 lbs
