NE Iowa ( Ossian ) | Good morning all, I was worried about a big family wedding this week. We had grass fed beef that was way over spiced to try to get it some flavor and was tough and I am sure very costly. Rice and salad, I do not eat rice so the meal with salad worked just fine for me. Beautiful wedding and family fun, they all enjoyed the maple candy we made. I am down 3 more this week and am scared of that bounce back I get, I must keep working.
