Washington, Kansas & Lincoln, Nebraska | I think the openable rear window was a running change of the 2100 series. My 2188 does not have it. When it first came out, it was a pricey and somewhat difficult change. I can't imagine it got any cheaper or easier. I've not found anything yet that works really well at cleaning these. I occasionally remove the larger window from the tank and clean them well. In the interim, I use a window washer with a long handle. I dip it in window washer solution. It does a halfway decent job.
