south central WI | Kalahari is the best in my opinion, 2nd would probably be the wilderness. Kalahari, wilderness, and great wolf are all within a mile, near Knuckleheads which is an indoor amusement park with overhead course, go carts, trampoline park, arcadw, bowling etc. Mt Olympus is smaller, mostly outside and summertime. They own a good portion of the dells. Chula Vista is nice also and on the other side of the Dells. January and February there are quite a few conventions in the Dells. WI corn and soy expo in the end of January. Large dairy produce conference around that time. Both at the kalahari. It's been a while since I've been to the wilderness but it was almost as big as the kalahari. The wilderness also has cabins to rent on site. Cabins is an understatement. These are multi story homes for rent by the day or week. We have had family get together there. Nice to be able to have a little space with the family. I farm 10 miles away BTW. | |
