Amherst WI | For the first time in a few years I am going to grow it.
I have had a really hard time with in the past. I can't get it to go through winter. October it looks like a golf course and by May half of it is dead.
Even though I havn't had good luck I am going to try it again. I can use the bedding. The rye market is beyond flooded with plenty of people who want to give away their profit and I want to summer seed alfalfa behind it. Oats are worthless and I don't need a pea/oat crop for feed, so wheat it is. | |
