Dang I hope I did this right. My wife had a haircut appointmnet after dinner today and asked if I would put in these breadsticks in for her and cook them for her. They were slow rising and they weren't ready to cook yet when she left. Told her sure but no promises since I've never cooked any kind of bread in my life.

All she said was to left them rise until they are twice the size when she left. Hmmmmmm not sure if I waited long enough on that one. Second thing she said is DON'T burn them, check them, rotate and well I forgot what the other thing was, I don't always listen like I should.

So I cooked them 5 minutes longer then she told me to and figured that's good enough. After I turn the oven off and put the roll on the cooling sheet I look at the picture on the recipe and darn, I'm not sure if I waited long enough. But just to be safe I ate two and they were good.

Hope she's happy, I'm heading back out to the shop and work on my combine where I'm a lot more comfortable working :-).
