Subject: Melting potash for liquid K

WC Indiana
I have had several tissue tests low in K and know of some top soybean producers using liquid foliar K. I know alpine and others have liquid K"s but I am normally too cheap to use their products. I have heard the white potash can be melted down. How difficult is this process. Has anyone did this or have a supplier doing it?
