8-10 times the price of corn per ton is what guys told me a few years ago when I asked. So if corn is $4 and you are charging 8 times that is $32/ ton. If you are getting 20 tons acre 32 x 20= $640 acre. I would take into account all of the compaction and the amount of fertility leaving the field as corn stalks.
