Have run tank cleaner through booms, but not set overnight.

It gets better the further you run in the field, worse in the outer sections of

the booms. Definitely in the hoses and booms.

Will ammonia work better than a tank cleaner on hoses ?


Did you take the boom end caps off and clean those out? Kind of a PITA job to do and I didn't read where you said you'd done that. If you didn't that's likely where your problem is. Ours will do that sometimes and it's really bad on the first startup in the morning. Once we cleanout the end caps we're good. We thought the express end caps would prevent this problem but they didn't for us. Also leaving the tank cleaner sit overnight after you've run some into the booms is a good idea.
