Central KY | We run our 575 at 540, just as fast as the baler will take it. Your right, seems like if you can keep the baler full the accumulator works flawlessly. I think a good, consistent windrow has as much to do with that than anything. Your rig looks awfully familiar! We can hit that 250/hr mark when everything goes smoothly as well.
Also, your a little braver loading a 25' gooseneck than I am! Must not have any hillsides or dips to come out of!
