  the swinging water fad has come full circle, the hog equipment supply people say that swinging waterers are the fad again. 

we've got them in a barn that was built in 1995, and it's had them in their ever since.   ours are different than the rest though, they are 90 deg. to the riser, rather than 30- 45 deg.  water wastage is a little higher than our wet feeder barns, but not much more.   have only had about three or four pulled down, and that was due to us not keeping up with maintenance , screw eye hooks were rusted through.
