Sumner County Kansas "The Wheat Capital"

Shop around for your Beyond. I got mine this last year for $390 per gal. that is $3 an ounce times 4 ounces sprayed twice. I have never used MCO just some Activator 90 and apply 10 gal per acre. 20% of your spray solution should be UAN (200 gal in a 1000 gal sprayer). If you go heavier you run the risk of crop injury (BTDT). Plus you will burn the leaves of the rye and reduce intake of the herbicide. I spray the first time after the wheat is 3-4 leaves and some of the rye is germinated. You need 3 days of 50+ degree weather after application. Second spray is when it warms up in the spring and breaks dormancy, still need 3 days of 50+ weather to have actively growing crop. Get it on before tillering. Double Stop was my best wheat this year against Everest and Cedar. Probably will fall on its face next year but who knows. Best Clearfield variety I have grown so far.
