Subject: Lowest Test Weight I've Ever Cut

Texas Panhandle
wrapped up the little bit of wheat that I had to cut (what didn't go through the silage chopper). Wow....decent yields considering we made zilch the past 4 years, but DANG was test weight low. all in all done, 56 was our average. Lowest average I've ever had, not the lowest I've seen though. My corn the past 4 years has averaged better than that! haha. perfect combination of a dry spring and a wet month pre-harvest, with a little late frost mixed in!
