Scranton | We had five or six counties in a block get 5 to 7 inches ten days ago....if you look at the accumulation maps, lots of Iowa(including here) has had similar rains to Illinois all spring....
I honestly think the difference is that we are used to crappy weather....this is a relatively new phenomenon to the ECB. No offense, though I know that its impossible not to offend SOMEONE on here with anything but pure agreement. | |
