Should be available as a restricted use pesticide.
They are really a fumigant, so if you want to treat the whole bin and do better than just spraying the top as a barrier, you need to use a blower, some flexible hose, polyethylene sheeting and duct tape to seal up the bin and recirculate the gas through the grain mass.
