SE PA | to clarify, these pics are from Charlie Martin's farm in central PA. I'm posting for him. He is the inventor of the cover crop roller that fits planters. Dawn Biologic now sells them commercially. The picture is of cereal rye and Groff Hairy Vetch- a selection i made. I'm not sure on the planting dates but usually we need to get vetch planted by the first week of Oct. I don't know his crop rotation but i think it is mainly corn and hay. | |
