Remember when you're water testing, that that test is a snapshot in time and you're biggest releases of nutrients happen "x" hours after a large rainfall. Sorry I don't remember the hours after the rainfall, though I'm certain it's less than 24.
Answer me this. Nitrate test from tile water.
