We spray 32% on corn up to 4-leaf to kill slugs. 10 gal 32% and 10 gal water sprayed at night, usually midnight to 3 o'clock. If you get a heavy dew that night you sometimes see no damage at all, no dew and you can see some burn. Corn always grows out of it pretty quick. Don't know how having chemical in there would affect it, could be a lot worse.
