SE Iowa
Have not checked to see how much green snap as storm came close to dark. Looking out window this a.m. I think we are ok. Had about an inch for rain. Was just getting close to where we could spray beans but will have to wait once again. Crops look very good to very bad. Early plant by far the best and replant and late plant areas looks terrible. Still some fields not planted. I can see all my tile in every bean field. Sonic pre holding up well except for some giant ragweed in places that is getting to 3 feet tall. Since May 3rd I would say 3-4 days suitable for fieldwork. Markets have to respond pretty soon as this crop is in trouble in large part of lower Midwest. Missisippi is out north of Canton, Mo and they just got dumped on again.
