Subject: Saturated ground

So, after approx 5 or so inches of rain last week and 10 since it was planted, let say my corn looks like hell. The ground is completely saturated then came along tropical storm bill and just dumped another couple inches on it. As you can see in the pictures the corn is severely stunted and firing terribly. 3/4 of the N is on and probably lost. I was planning on topdressing but I'm unsure what to do now. Has the damage been done to this field, or is there hope by getting some N on. I just don't know by the time it dries out if there's gonna be anything left. The extended forecast is calling for highs in the high 70s. Cultivating is not an option.
