Subject: RE: Soybeans on soybeans

Stoddard Co. SEMO
I've got some farms that have been continuous soybeans since 2010. I haven't seen any yeild drag but have fertilized accordingly. I have noticed an increase in weed pressure so as of now I'm planning on milo on those fields for next year. I think where alot of people fail, is that they don't realize how much fertilize it takes to even raise 40-50 bushel beans. I've tried corn on those farms but the terrain is rough, top soil is thin, and a corn has the tendency to burn up.
