I have a cold storage shed on my property and I am charging $1.50/sq.ft. per year. However, this is for partial use as I have three different people storing stuff and I use half of my shed myself. I would think $1.00 - $1.25 would be a fair amount. As far as the heated shop, I would say $1.75 plus heating costs.
