I have a set of circle cutting tools for my hypertherm. It has a magnet mount for the center and several adjustable pieces to extend the arm. There are wheels that mount to the cutting torch. Have had it for a long time so cant recall the cost. Works great for cutting nice neat circles. Also can be used for straight lines like you mention.
