WC MN | Farming is such a diverse industry so a survey like this is tough. There might be a plenty of guys saying they have no debt, but then you find out they farm 500 acres and work full time. The next gyt borrows but he farms 4000 acres. There is nothing at all wrong with either but there is a big difference in what it takes in cash to make either go. A lot depends on what generation they are and what they had to do/sacrifice to get started. | |
