I just refinanced from 4.65 to 3.5 with farm credit on a hog building loan. I only have a little over 3 years to pay so it's nice, but a little late in the game. Money is money though. Do you think farm loans like mine will drop further? FCA is financed by bond sales so I wonder if it's about as low as it's going to go without having the bonds not get sold.
