It depends on your county office. Here it is great. A little pain on butt, and paid great for it. Just enrolled for the second time. My cousin is in another county. The Nrcs makes it that hard to participate no one does. In that county it is to much paper work for the people in the office to do. Whitch is wrong. I thought that was thier job
