The drivers will be the biggest headache. It can be done but like another poster said it won't quite be right until you start over. Windows will tell you it is unregistered and all you have to do is call them with your key and they will give you a number back. That won't work if it's pirated though. I would just copy my important files to another drive and wipe the old ones and start over.
