| You'd better be telling people you fertilize the plant, for the simple reason that simple minded folks (such as EPA) equate soil to dirt. In their mind fertilizing soil / dirt (a substance which isn't growing anything) is akin to wasting / polluting. So every ounce of fertilizer better be considered useful.
I realize we are having a higher level discussion beyond that basic premise, but there are trolls who come to simple conclusions. |
