Subject: buying 4 wt. holstein steers

Northern KY
Just a little background, I start all my holsteins from the bottle and currently have around 140 head. I located about 50 4 wt. Steins fairly close to me. I believe I'm going to end up buying them but was wondering for those of you that buy this size or smaller or bigger, what do you all give when you get them home as far as any antibiotics or any kind of treatments. Thinking about running sulfa in the water and possibly a shot of draxxin right off the bat. When should I worm, implant, and give vaccinations. Think I am going to give encore as the implant because I will be running these to 800lbs and that should cover to then. What is everybody's vaccination protocol.
I've got a good program on bringing in baby calves, this will be my first group of bigger calves.
Any help apppreciated.
