It's neither an I-phone or a Galaxy but my Windows phone automatically uploads all the pictures I take with my phone camera to my SkyDrive account when it sees my Wi-Fi router. I could set the phone to upload when it has either Wi-Fi or LTE connection, but in order to conserve data usage, the LTE upload is turned off. The phone also has access to all the pictures stored on my Sky-Drive and since I have most of my other pics stored there, the phone has access to that library whenever I am connected to the Internet.
