Did the same thing this fall. We had some sandy wheat ground that the pigweeds and ryegrass were bad in. Used a 5 bottom that was at least 45 years old. Pulled it out of the fence row, put new tires on it and it did the job. Pulled it with a 2670 Case 4 wheel drive. It was a slow go but finally got the job done.
