Ok. So it's seeing the seeder. That's good. If your air cart is a tow between then you hit the change offset button & get your tape out & measure it. Ignore the cart. Connection point to ft of implement is drawbar pin to ft seed boot. Ft of imp to back is ft seed boot to back seed boot. The control point is the rear tires on seeder. You can put your air cart as a second imp,, but not really nessasary
You are going to have to use your zoom button on your map so you can see your seeder mapping page. It's a long way behind you on the screen. But now if you measure right your map & coverage will be correct
I had a 1900/1860 that was that way. I had it set up as you describe but the only part that is close to correct (as far as swath control) is if you are coming into previously planted area square. It does not accurately represent the actual trailing path of the seeder. Pretty poor way to have to do it especially considering it's all Deere. |
