Eastern ON | That's way too much money per episode don't know where you got that. Say there's 10 episodes a season that's a million per crew? No way.
There was a former member of Todd's crew from season 1 on Reddits Gold Rush site who said they made $10k each episode for season 1, that may be as high as $22k now.
Maybe their actually getting paid everytime they yell "SHUT IT DOWWWWWWNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" It's kind of funny.
