Subject: RE: 4710 rate problem?...speed?

South Central Kansas, Harper County
Ron..NE ILL..10/48 - 9/3/2006 10:46

I know nothing about a 4710, but other than the hydraulics (I assume JD pump is hyd driven?), the only external influencing factor other than what you've checked could be the ground speed....wherever it comes from. Radar? Wheel? GPS? Any g.s. fluctuations while rates are fluctuating?

Report back please.

I also thought it could possibly be in the pump, but dont know how to check that, exactly. Pump is driven off PTO shaft.
thanks,
Jim
