Central IL | The rim was a little thinner than the Speicher. Ours had several cracks in it when we sold it. We did have some trouble with the 4 speed transmission popping out of gear. It may have been getting weak. It popped out of gear a time or two when backing down a steep hill to start at creek. If I remember right it was when switching from hi to low. So maybe just to be safe don't switch from hi to low on hill (it's basically in nuetral) and will take off pretty fast. At least one other time it just popped out of gear driving down a hill. Other than that we had pretty good luck with it. The old duetz's sure don't use much fuel. Put up a pic of yours if you have one I'd like to see it! | |
