I'm surprised you list the big three as Deere, Rogator and Hagie. In my area Deere seems to dominate, then Case is second and everyone else is a distant third.
Other than at farm shows I've never seen the first Hagie in the field... Deere is 1st here with about an even split between CIH and Rogator.
