We owned a 6500 for 5 years. Never had any major problems with it. IIRC, the only things we replaced in that time besides oils & filters was the spray pump belt a couple times, the main poly-V drive belt once, and one of the Ravens boom shutoff valves. . Ours had plenty of power, usually ran in 'H" with throttle 2/3s open. Agree on noisy cab, that's why I only ran 2/3 throttle, and the rough ride. Had a Ravens 440 monitor, it always applied .2gpa less than what you programed it for so always compensated for that. Ours had the suspended WFE as well.
