Murdock, Nebraska | I rent two 50x80 builidings. One of them for $1850 a year(no power in it) and the other for $2000 a year (power in it). Both are concreted buildings. One is only a 1/4 mile away and the other is 1.5 miles away. I keep anything with a motor in it in the closer shed(combine, tractors, trucks, sprayer). The other one stores the planters and tillage equipment. If it is close to home and the rent is fair, get the building rented. Would rather pay rent on a building than have expensive equipment sitting outside in the elements. | |
