Middlesex County, Ontario | Will you be leaving the inside wheels at that setting, and can you leave the hub extensions on? In that case axle mount sounds good. If you plan on side dressing axle mount sounds good too for more crop clearance.
If you need to move the inside wheels out when the duals come off (for haying, spraying, etc) or you have to take the hub extensions off with the duals (to work indoors, etc) then snap on's will be less work.
Snap on's are easier to find used also. Here anyway.
We went with snap ons on a bar axle. This tractor is on 90" for spraying, then comes into 60" for planting. There would be room for a hub when its on 60" but its an extra step pulling the hubs on/off. This way we can also throw the duals on at 90" for spraying if we want. Kind of a cluster grawlix with the band spacers.
